An upgraded voicebank for flower_(vocaloid) on the CeVIO AI engine. While her previous voicebanks were developed by Gynoid Co., this version was developed by INCS toenter and CeVIO Project. Gynoid Co. lists Ci flower as an "official licensed product" of flower.
