One of the "Canaries" in Dungeon Meshi, a squad of elf criminals and nobles sent to dungeons to evaluate the danger they pose to the world. He's easily recognized by his lazy_eye (sometimes covered by his messy silver bangs), notched_ear, and expressionless face.
